How do I know which coaching option is right for me?
If you’re unsure of which option would be the best fit, I invite you to book a complimentary connection call, where we can chat about your needs and find the best way forward for you.
What if I need more long-term coaching?
Longer term options beyond Reconnect, Elevate & Radiate, my 10 week programme, are an option and can be discussed.
What happens in a coaching session?
Each session is tailored to your needs. I provide a non-judgemental space for open conversation, where you can be gently guided and supported towards positive and empowering outcomes, that come from your own inner knowing and guidance.
The answers are all within you, I simply guide you in discovering them.
I will draw from different techniques I’m trained in as well as my own intuitive techniques, so sessions may include subconscious work, energy alignment, and the use of spiritual tools – such as oracle cards, if you’re open to this.
Do I need to have experience with spiritual work to benefit?
Not at all. Whether you’re completely new to this or already deeply connected to your inner work, our sessions will meet you exactly where you are. Our time together is all about you and what you’re comfortable with.
I do love to pull a Soul Coaching Oracle card when I feel nudged – the guidance usually lands and uplifts, but if it’s not your thing it doesn’t have to be a part of our sessions.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
I understand that life happens! I do ask for at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling where possible.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may not be refundable.
